BFA in Dance Senior Solo

Celebrate the individual artistry of the Class of 2019 as they take to the stage in Angelico Concert Hall on Friday night, September 21, with especially commissioned solos from diverse choreographers in the annual Alonzo King/BFA in Dance program’s Senior Solo Concert.

Performances start at 7:30 p.m.

Seniors scheduled to perform are Audrey Erickson, Amelia Sampson, Abigail Robertson, Kerry Healy, Khyley Villanueva, Pauline Mosley, Alejandra Preciado, Victoria Michalowsky, Samantha Weeks, Lilly Payne, and Aidan O’Leary. Aidan has been granted permission from the Jose Limon Foundation to perform the historic masterwork, Chaconne, coached by BFA in Dance Limon expert, faculty member Raphael Boumaila,

All solos are created specially for them by national dance artists, faculty, and BFA in Dance alumna including Michael Montgomery ’11 and Natalya Shoaf ’18.

General admission is $10. Tickets are available at the door (cash only). Dominican students, faculty, and staff receive free admission with valid University I.D.
